The Folke Bernadotte Academy coordinates the Swedish civil personnel for EU, OSCE, UN and TIPH in peacekeeping missions.   

We recruit, prepare and educate personnel to crisis management and peace operations. We recruit Swedish personnel for positions such as Political Advisors, Legal Experts, Monitors, Human Rights Officers, Security Sector Reform Experts, Rule of Law Advisors, Experts on DDR (Disarmament, Demobilization, and Reintegration), Reporting Officers and Gender Experts.
