A skills building programme on conflict prevention was organized  by the Folke Bernadotte Academy together with the College of Europe in Bruges in June.

The target group was staff members from the Council Secretariat of the European Union, European Commission, Member States representatives and related organizations. To enhance cooperation, the UN, OSCE and NATO together with some major state actors were also invited to take part.
