The team of the Conflict Prevention in Practice Program consists of a Program Director and three Program Officers. The team is responsible for development, design and planning as well as organization and implementation of the activities of the Program.

The Program has a long-term collaboration with a a core group of resource persons whose international expertise and experience contribute to the high quality of the courses. 

The resource persons have experience in a broad variety of key organizations and networks within the field of peacebuilding and conflict prevention, e.g. UN, EU, AU, the World Bank, International Alert, West African Network for Peace as well as from the military and the business sector.
